Awesome customer service each time I've called . Every representative was kind and courteous. One business I don't mind calling that I pay for .
It seems the tractor trailer drivers have a competition to see who can lose the most trash out of their trucks on the freeway. The amount of litter that these trucks lose is ridiculous. Must contribute 90% of the pollution spewed across highway 4.

This service trash & recycling provider is AWFUL!! I have been waiting on my garbage and recycling cans for 3 weeks. I had to call multiple times and talk to representatives that said other folks are calling with the same issues. After 3 wks of going to dump my own trash I’m told by the customer service rep about the bag pick up I should have been told about from the beginning due to the delay of getting me my cans.
