This service trash & recycling provider is AWFUL!! I have been waiting on my garbage and recycling cans for 3 weeks. I had to call multiple times and talk to representatives that said other folks are calling with the same issues. After 3 wks of going to dump my own trash I’m told by the customer service rep about the bag pick up I should have been told about from the beginning due to the delay of getting me my cans. Worst landfill for dumptrucks . The guy name philp is so arrogant and rude company needs to change him he complains about everything without reason
Its been over 5 times they don’t take my garbage and at this point it feels like the drivers just dont care. And now, I came back from work and had garbage all over in front of my house!!!! UNACCEPTABLE AND FRUSTRATING!!! I wish we had other options. From my experience the only good thing has been the customer service team
These trucks going in and out of this place are more and more every year. Garbage flying out of the top and now you can hardly see the lane lines near the transfer station entrance because they drag out so much mud. I guess when you make millions you don’t have to clean anything up. Bad neighbors for the people that have to travel on Bailey road.
