I am not a customer of republic services. My neighbor across the street has them. Instead of coming down the street on the right side the driver parks in front of my driveway and gets out and walks across the street and gets his dumpster and emptied it. He then shoved it in my driveway and almost hit my truck. He didn’t put it back where it belongs. This is just laziness on the drivers part

Land fill is clean and easy to use, most of these bad reviews are about the trash pick up service, the landfill is good. I do wish they would re open Saturdays though.

They suck the trash man hit my car with the trash can claw lift, and they refused to pay for the damages

Taken my trash can twice, had to drive myself to Jeff to pickup new ones. Missed services, etc. Now they want to triple charge me in advance. Only been a customer for 6 months. Can't get people on the phone to resolve anything. Nope.

Every holiday week that comes along we don't get a pickup, Every time it snows even if the road is clear we don't get picked up, you call them, you get put on hold twice for at least 30 minutes each time. They say they're running behind and tell you a day they will pick up , most of the time it doesn't get picked up . They never credit you back for not picking up. I WOULD NOT EVEN GIVE them a one rating, very poor customer service, maybe when a company gets to big they have a tendency of forgetting who they work for. Just ma... read more
