Extremely disappointing experience. Google Maps clearly showed that this facility closes at 4:00 PM. I drove an hour from my job site with a full trailer of debris and arrived at 3:33 PM — almost 30 minutes before closing. When I got there, I was told I could not dump my load. Because of this, I had to drive an entire hour back to the job site with a full trailer, wasting two hours of driving, fuel, and work time for absolutely nothing. I came here to look for information about taking garbage to the landfill, but only found people whining about their service. Here's some actual information about going to the landfill: I came to dump some large furniture and other garbage that wouldn't fit in an overflowing dumpster. They do weigh your car before and after, but since I was dumping "household trash", they charged me a flat fee of about $40. You need to throw the items yourself into their dumpsters yourself, they do not have people to help you. The worker ther... read more
