$78 fuel recovery fee on top of regular fee. You can do better. Call around. Do your homework. I didn’t but then did. Cancelled today and cut my bill in half.
This service in Itasca Texas is awful. They take pictures of your property and of there trash bins and charge extensive overage charges, which is a violation of privacy. They are not coming to pick up the trash on time wish is allowing them to charge more when they make up reasons to not pick up your service. I’m reporting them I hope all who sees this does so as well.
They missed my trash and I had to wait a whole week for it , I wish the schedule were more coordinated. 4 starts because customer service was amazing
