Terrible service, completely convinced those whole company hires liars for customer service. They will promise you’ll get picked up after they missed pickup twice and they still won’t show! Switching to Detroit disposal as soon as our contract is up!

Do not use this service. They are completely dishonest. Stay away! Update: they are still trying to bill me for a closed account. Look at their BBB reviews before using. These people are crooks.

This is some of the worst companies to deal with. First, they get you on a hook for 3-5 years contract that will autorenew for another 3-5 years unless it's terminated via certified mail (wait what?) return receipt requested more than 60 days prior to its expiration. You missed the deadline, good luck for another 3-5 years dealing with them. Never mind that the contract doesn't specify at which address the certified mail should be sent to. I've been trying to get Republic to remove a dumpster from the back of my business for OVER two months now. 5 times I have scheduled a pick up only to be no-call, no-showed. Every time I call I get the classic run around and have to start from the beginning. If I could give 0 starts I would.
