Terrible service. Republic Services regularly leaves trash and recycling behind without picking it up. Pickup times are completely inconsistent, coming at random times throughout the day. I also had extra trash and they refused to come back for collection. Unreliable and frustrating service.
They crushed the culvert on a family members business when a truck ran over it. They have not returned any calls or emails regarding this either.
Sucks!!!!!
They have not picked up our recycling on multiple occasions, despite the reat of our road getting picked up. Three times in the last 2 weeks I have called customer service about this and they tell me that I am scheduled for a missed pickup service the next day. However, the truck never comes to pick it up. We are not sitting on 5 weeks of piled up recycling.
