They are the worst ever!! And the worst part when you try to change company they cant take you be they have the contract with Conover!! They suck i have called and spoke with Thomas Strange many times about my issues! He is supposed to be a manager in hickory! Why he never calls back or takes care of what he says he will take care of!! Im going to start bring my recycling to the main office and start dumping it there. Maybe they will start picking up from there??

They have missed 32 rental properties 4 times and was made aware of it and didn’t come to pick it up, the owner of the park has tried to let them know, however that was a failure too! What is wrong with this system! Unacceptable

We have relocated our service as of 3 wks ago, after numerous request to have our containers delivered out and 3 different times them giving us a day they would deliver them out, they still have not delivered them. This has caused us to may 3 trips to the convenience ctr. Terrible service! We are now looking for other services.
