They have not picked up our recycling on multiple occasions, despite the reat of our road getting picked up. Three times in the last 2 weeks I have called customer service about this and they tell me that I am scheduled for a missed pickup service the next day. However, the truck never comes to pick it up. We are not sitting on 5 weeks of piled up recycling.
I have been a customer for 20 years. I have always had extremely good service. Service by the truck drivers is exceptional and the customer service by phone in the Conover office has always been the very best it could possibly be. The ladies I have had contact with are just lovely. Thank you each and every one of those that service my area in Newton.
Spiteful drivers always end up knocking trash cans over and in the middle of the street and nobody else in the neighborhood has this problem..
