I would not recommend them to anyone they're constantly missing or not showing up they're terrible at returning calls customer service is non-existent
I wish I could give this service zero stars. Inconsistent pick up times and missed a few weeks recently. You have to call ahead for a big pick up, but only through Thursday at noon, or you're SOL. We get two extra bags. Previous drivers have ignored those. This week our cans were knocked over and screwed up. They were just left that way. Poor customer service and seems like a majority of their drivers are LAZY. I wish we could get on any other service. We only ended up with this after they bought out the other.
They've been here twice the last 5 weeks, show up last Tuesday and only take 1 of my 2 garbage cans. Unbelievable....
So the last 4 weeks republic have picked my garbage up a total of 0.5 times. Week 1: no garbage pick up but get a message saying next week put all the garbage and whatever extra out and they will take it. Week 2: I put two cans of garbage out and republic take one and leave the other completely full. Week 3: same as week one, they sent a message saying they will get us next week. Week 4: We have 2 overflowing garbage cans and I'm having to take my extra elsewhere. We get a message saying it's delayed we will get it tomorrow.... read more
