Prices have silently increased to nearly double, while reducing the frequency of pick up. Charge huge fees to pick up the cans when service is cancelled.
Terrible service. Incompetent people in the office. After cancelling service and cans picked up they charge you miscellaneous fees but don't tell you until you get a notice from a collection agency. Absolutely ridiculous!
I think this company is outstanding. I have never had an issue with them in 10 years
Although don't have any issues with their pickup service their prices have gone through the roof. I will be calling to cancel their service.
Yesterday my wife was looking out our window and saw that our garbage had been picked up. Moments later a flat bed truck with Republic signage rolled up and the driver got out and placed our Republic receptacle on his truck and DROVE OFF. Two calls to "Customer Service" provided no information other than the assurance that they "would have a new receptacle by next Friday". Not sure what we're supposed to do with this week's garbage . . . NO IDEA what's going on.
