When I first started service, it ask where you want your trash can. I put that I wanted it by the garage, and a few days later the can was dropped off at the end of my drive. After 2 weeks I spoke with the driver and he agreed, if that's what I asked for thats where he would pick up the trash so the can was moved back to the garage. The next few months were great. Heeey! I hope someone from Republic Services eventually lands an eye on this because I have a ton to say. My garbage was supposed to be picked up yesterday and I called a wonderful sounding woman at the Danville location. She handled my issue as quickly as humanly possible and she even gave me a really cool nick name! I had one small container at a business location that I no longer occupy. I have been trying for 2 months to get the account cancelled. When you call they tell you that they cannot cancel service that you must contact your account rep. The reps never call back. They have not picked up trash at that location since June - yet have sent a bill and will not do anything to cancel the service. Our trash was to be picked up Saturday after the holiday. Nobody in the 300 and 500 block of North 6th Ave was picked up. Can't get through on phone, just a busy signal. VERY POOR SERVICE! No place to put my trash. It's running over!

We have never had a problem with Republic Services. They work very hard for our community and will go out of their way to make sure the job gets done right! Thank you for all you do!
