This business has terribly outdated customer service features I feel sorry for the actual reps that answer the phone but can not provide simple answers like local location phone numbers to transfer stations. Hours of operation on holidays for local locations etc.. every number leads to AZ which is dumb. This place makes millions a week and too cheap to update their own shit. It should not take 30min just to get a different WRONG # to a local facility. Terrible management TERRIBLE and shameful FROM THE TOP DOWN …
Waste Management is hands down more professional than this company. They never put my recycling bin back where they got it. I have a concrete pad for my garbage can and the recycling bin is right next to it. Republic will leave it in the alley, on the easement, next to the concrete pad, but never back on the concrete pad. If my neighbors recycling bin is overflowing, and if anything falls out, Republic doesn’t pick it up. Bad service they haven’t pick up my recycling bin for a whole month and when I call they can’t find my account. Just talked to four people and they couldn’t help me. What is the point of putting plastic in the plastic bin if they’re not gonna take it
