Republic has had its share of operational and service issues since the summer strike. This included missed pickups for customers, and poor communication, which caused operational issues for those customers. We decided to leave Republic for another vendor, and it was a good decision. Post-strike we're having difficulty with Republic picking up their dumpsters, and haven't been provided a prospective pickup date of when their dumpsters will be picked up. Republic Services has not picked up two dumpsters on the lower lot of 90 Park Street, Brookline MA & has been non-responsive to phone calls. Please pick up soon.
Seems like today on 2025 of July 8th, they are on strike on this sweltering summer July humid day for their boost on their livable wages!!! Boston Police blocked the road there!!! Good luck to these local trash pickup workers!!!! I’m for the working men/women and the working people!!!
Wish you could give zero stars but what a terrible company. The entire month of july and 1 trash pick up is absurd. Pay your employees or figure it out **added Thank god they added that phony message below. BOYCOTT REPUBLIC
Everyone I have an idea. Since republic won’t pick up our trash just drive to the location and dump it in front of the gate or throw it over the fence. Make sure and keep this ongoing ridiculous and pathetic strike in mind when choosing a waste collection service. I hope the federal courts order you all back to work. Only real men negotiate babies pout and strike
