Called about a one yard dumpster and trash service . After 39 minutes of a painful phone call, with questions like "how do you spell road ?" Ok fine , she can't spell and had to spell out our whole conversation, geez. Was told she had to send a representative out to look at area before she could even give me a price . Republic services does. It’s very best to make sure that you cannot cancel your service. Our business shut down in June 2025. We contacted Republic service to cancel the service we were told we had to talk with someone else. We went through that process three different times. Each month with the delay being continually billed. Finally, in October 2025 a representative from republic, after being threatened with a lawsuit, concluded that the service should have been canceled refunded the October payment. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! They trap you in a contract and then miss pick ups regularly and just keep saying sorry. When pick ups are missed I have to call multple times a days a day. Republic does not value their customers' time. Find someone else to pickup your cardboard.

We are very dissatisfied with the service our school has received from Republic Services. The trash pickup is extremely inconsistent. Even though we are contracted for specific pickup days, there are frequent missed pickups. To make matters worse, the driver often makes false claims that our containers were blocked, which is simply not true.
