Lisa is wonderful.. with out her, we would probably not be your customer, she has never not resolved any issues that came up.. the diver we had to day was great.. even though one of our guys parked in the way.. our driver to day was very professional and worked around the issue.. even the little things we apricate.. we never find scraps of trash laying around the yard, the gate is always closed when they leave. never do they disturb us in the office..it is just a awesome experience having your drivers take care of us...we lo... read more
This is the third time I had to clean up glass from the street and a broken beer bottle! The driver just looks the other way and leaves the mess behind.what kind of people are you?
This driver did a wonderful job. Very efficient very impressed vice professional conduct.
Lisa Adkins was the 6th person I talked to that finally had some answers and knew her job. Lisa was very polite and easy to talk to. It is sad though that it took me 2 weeks, 3 calls that were picked up and hung up on, 5 reps that kept transferring me to be told they could not help me. I am very pleased with talking to Lisa, the rest of your company not so much. 5 out of 6 reps had no idea how to do their job and your drivers are lazy.
