Recently moved into a house recently and had a republic services bin already here. I don’t use that service so I called the company to have them pick it up. First person I spoke to was quick and simple and told me the bin would be picked up next day in the morning. It was never picked up. I called and spoke to a different associate and he kept putting me on hold and I’m pretty sure he was just milking the clock when he took my call. Just kind of annoying and incompetent. Facility seem to be pretty clean so it's not like going to a landfill. The lady up front at the scales was nice and if you never been here before bring a safety vest or you have to buy one from them. The only reason why I didn't give a five-star rating is because if you're coming in with 500 lbs. you still have to pay for 2000 lbs.
A very high priced very bad service trash company. Go with Apex they're $89 flat rate no additional charges for government fees.
Lisa is wonderful.. with out her, we would probably not be your customer, she has never not resolved any issues that came up.. the diver we had to day was great.. even though one of our guys parked in the way.. our driver to day was very professional and worked around the issue.. even the little things we apricate.. we never find scraps of trash laying around the yard, the gate is always closed when they leave. never do they disturb us in the office..it is just a awesome experience having your drivers take care of us...we lo... read more
