Does anyone ever answer the phone at the local Republic Services? I was on hold for 30 minutes and no one answered. Ridiculous. Called again in the afternoon. Same thing. I need a larger garbage can. What do I have to do to get a larger can?
The staff and crew on site are friendly and helpful. It’s a dump site and recycling so expect to get dirty depending on what you’re bringing to unload but the cost of dumping is so reasonable that we choose to utilize this as our mode for waste disposal rather than pay monthly for one can by bringing a trailer instead. Can’t go wrong. 😊
Had a bad experience today. Not because of the workers but because of a policy. They said the recycling area was shut down due to medical emergency. Not sure what that exactly means and why they had to shut down the entire recycling center but it is what it is. That created a problem for me. I recycle a lot and pick up stuff from other friends to recycle instead of throwing in landfill. I had so much no way I could take it all back and put back where I got it.
