I have them for 3 years. I was waiting for the day that end the agreement with them, but the renew it with out my signing, and they raising price so hight. My first month with them was less than $100 than $160 every month for 3 years. And now is $200 a month. They are robing me every month. I need help because I dont want to pay $200 in 36 times more or maybe more than that.
Can't get in touch with the Galena personnel or the driver with our problems so that we can resolve the issues. The driver said it is not a safe pick up area. We have 23 acres and plenty of room to turn around so that the driver does not have to back in the road. We will put the dumpster anywhere the driver wants but they will not contact us back or call us back to try to resolve the issue. This is a new contract and have not made it a month.
