Horrible horrible service. They decided to skip our scheduled trash pickup because of snow. Didn't let their customers know anything. They will not pickup the trash until next scheduled pickup date. So what am I supposed to do with full trashcans? They are so hard to get a hold of. Their call center doesn't know anything and can't do anything. So if they skip you you're just screwed and I guess just pile up our trash wherever because they don't care at all. It snows every winter in Colorado you'd think they have some sort of... read more

Just drove here all the way from Indian hills to drop a load of trash and he guy at he gate tells me they're closed cause of wind, it's balmy, and I checked to see if they were open, and, he let the guy in front of me in, now I cannot get wood to heat my house at pioneer next door and am forced to drive my trash back to Indian hills instead of the wood. I will never again try to come here without calling and asking: "Are you open today?" AND "For everyone?" They should pay me for my time and milage.
