Miss pickups several times per month
BEWARE of this trash service. There contract to sign up has a mile long legal agreement which should have sent off warning flags. We closed our business and went to all the utilities and security firms to stop service. Everyone was like ok what day are you moving out and we will stop your service that day. Some said they need to finish out this month. All that is fine. Republic needs paperwork about canceling, where you’re moving to and then they want you to sign a contract to cancel your service. Worst trash company. They skip our house all the time for recycling because we are at the end of a cul-de-sac and they are too lazy to actually maneuver their trucks or get out. They are either a day late or skip us weekly. When we call to tell them they have skipped us they have a hard time coming to pick up the next day.
TERRIBLE. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. I have TWO people in my house hold and we rarely eat out and have MAYBE 2 full trash bags a week yet our trash is ALWAYS OVERFILLED. They expect you to pay over $100 including extra in fuel fees and such for them while they get your trash once a month! Then you call to talk to someone and they tell you the same thing of “we’re sorry and it’ll be picked up tomorrow” and nothing ever changes. You just have to call again for the same reason.
