Same as everyone else, billing issues. I get a flyer with a rate and then get a bill for a higher rate. I have to make several phone calls and supposedly it is taken care of then a discontinuation for service....more phone calls. Finally think it's taken care of and then next bill has a late fee!!! They won't remove it saying they removed the reactivation fee of $35 as a courtesy! Needless to say I am looking for another company.
SO FAR SO GOOD!!! AND I LOVE THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Whenever I have a question I get a friendly woman on the phone who speaks with me and not AT me. This makes me feel like a human!!!....and not like the trash this service collects. PS, they only collect waste trash not trashy people!
The owner came by and stole my trash can today claiming it was his even though he couldnt prove it. He dumped the entire trash can on the sidewalk and stole the can. We don't even use this companies services and never will. Watch out for these guys they will steel your can and leave trash all over the place.
They were running behind and I called them for a pick up and they responded in a timely manner. Thank you
The worst company I've ever dealt with since 1976 I would not take their service if it was free in my neighborhood were down to 10 customers that have them twice a month there truck breaks down when they do show up it's before 4 a.m. And they fight out in the road for 10 to 15 minutes in Spanish or Puerto Rican whatever it is my neighbor is 85 years old and has to call them twice a week to pick up his trash sometimes they don't show up for 2 weeks
Frequent price increases. No discounts for senior citizens or war veterans. After 20 years as loyal customers, we cancelled their services. They still charged us to have the trash bins picked up! Mayra 05/15/2018
Waiting over an hour on the 800 line to speak to a rep. Our bill is never the same and I am charged more than my next door neighbor. Will not pick up anything outside of their can and will not recycle in my area. The trash pick up person is friendly enough, the company is not. I am looking for another service in my area, I will cancel with Republic as soon as possible.
They can't be trusted. Deceptive practices. Bill was more than double what we agreed to on the phone and extra charges we weren't told about.
If I could rate them using a negative number I would. Absolutely the worst. I have had to call them for every recycling pickup, multiple times. Horrible!!!
