Republic Services doesn't do the job they're paid to do. We have paid them for yard waste removal and have called many times asking to have the yard waste removed (since paying to have it removed). The bags of yard waste have been sitting on my front lawn for months and they still have not removed them. Terrible service. We are canceling them.

The sanitation workers and customer no-service representatives are completely inept. I predict this co. will go out of business any time, so think twice before paying ahead with this bunch. And Yelp, will you please remove the two obviously planted five-star reviews? 13 one-star reviews and two five star reviews? Suspicious.

company quoted a price when i received bill it was 50% higher than the quote, when i called they said tough you should have read the fine print. cancelled after contract up

Save your money..I waited about 10 feet off the road with gift card trying to be nice to this trashy trash service and receptacle by my side well that was grounds for this trashy service man to barrel on by justifying why he doesn't have to stop..(yet again)..All other trash services I have had I was buds with gift cards for Christmas and other holidays along with our mail man and bus drivers but not this guy you cant get him to stop to do his job let alone receive a good morning or gift card..I think if he even tried to smi... read more

THIS COMPANY IS A JOKE. THEY DON"T PICK UP YOUR TRASH ON A REGULAR BASIS AND WHEN THEY DO, THEY LEAVE HALF OF IT BLOWING IN THE IN THE YARD. CUSTOMER SERVICE IN MARSHALL IS A JOKE TOO. BILLING ERRORS ARE NEVER CORRECTED. PAID FOR SERIVCE IN ADVANCE AND THEY HAVE FAILED TO PICK UP 9 WEEKS DURING THE FIRST 3 MONTHS OF SERVICE. GOING TO THE STATE ATTORNEY GENERAL and BBB. THEY DON"T DERSERVE A RATING ... GO ELSE WHERE FOR BETTER SERVICE. ONE PISSED OFF CUSTOMER.

Republic is the worst company that I have ever dealt with that is still in business! The people in the office are very rude and are of no help. I wish that zero stars were allowed. If someone wanted to start a new business, start a waste collection business in Republic's areas and pick up customers like me who will no longer deal with them.

After constantly raising their rates and the rudeness of the drivers throwing my cans I was sick and tired of it. I wanted to try a new small service that's cheaper and they priced matched the small business. That made me even more mad and I canceled, no raising of the rates and the cans our placed neatly by my garage.

DONT USE!!! I was on YP looking for new service since I'm tired of Allied's poor service. Upom reading reviews I'm not the only person who has discontiued their service for the same reason. Their rates have steadily increased, their billing department is slow and screwed up. The customer service is horbible. You can speak to three people there and get three different answers. They miss pick ups and if you happen to be out of town and come home with trash still in the dumpster because they didnt pick up and its been over 24 h... read more
