Awful Company, Impossible to Cancel or Talk to Anyone
worst experience ever, had them for over a year with continual raised prices, try to cancel the account and you'll set on the phone for an hour just for them to tell you no one is available to cancel your account ( spoke to two different reps asking me everything besides what I had for breakfast just for them to tell me ill be transferred LOL ) Biggest headache ever over a TRASH CAN XD. Switched to lowder and its been AMAZING!!! TAKE NOTES
No service for 2 weeks. Called to ask why and someone that can't speak English rambled!! He actually said that I should have called on the day they missed. I told him I received a text saying there would be a 4 hour delay. They can't come before our scheduled day (Monday). Worst service ever. We have been loyal customers for years, they need to improve their customer service!
Don’t bother to call to get a big dumpster delivered. Just do it online. Waited for 15 mins just to find out it’s 600 dollars cheaper to order it on line
Run! Run away from this company! DO NOT USE THEM! complete and total rip off. Bill went up by $50 for no reason. We go to cancel and go with a cheaper company and they want to charge us $115 to come get their garbage cans. I offered to bring them back myself and they said we can't do that. I can not stress enough to NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They will give you a competitive price to start then jack it up for no reason.
