Scam artists! I canceled my service. Deleted my payment information and they charged my card for 3 more months of service. When I called their customer service line. They told me I could request a credit, not a refund, in 3 months. I filed a complaint with my bank and got my money back, but they are trying to charge me a “past due” fine. Keep in mind, they picked up my garbage can before charging me. Don’t go with them! Terrible just absolutely terrible. Customer service is not there for you they are there for their bottom line. Avoid at all cost.
Awful Company, Impossible to Cancel or Talk to Anyone
worst experience ever, had them for over a year with continual raised prices, try to cancel the account and you'll set on the phone for an hour just for them to tell you no one is available to cancel your account ( spoke to two different reps asking me everything besides what I had for breakfast just for them to tell me ill be transferred LOL ) Biggest headache ever over a TRASH CAN XD. Switched to lowder and its been AMAZING!!! TAKE NOTES
