Sold the Apartments I had bin located at. Sold and closed account in May. It's September and they are still billing and trying to collect. 20 phone calls all a waste of time.

This business has gone downhill so far that customer service is not even part of their day. We started with them in 2019 and were promised a 2 yard dumpster for our home. Then a 4 yard showed up but they priced it as a 2 yard. For everything my monthly fee was $138. That has now gone to $200 monthly and this after I negotiated a $145 monthly fee in February. However that price didn’t include their $48.00 fuel surcharge. And that is for them to come from Kingsport, to my home in Kingsport and to the dump in Kingsport. Seems a... read more

will the big thing is they keep sending their 20 plus ton trash trucks over the goshen valley river bridge that has a 10 ton weight limit . TDOT just give it a 6 out of 100 DARN BUT they keep send their BIG TRASH TRUCKS OVER THE GOSHEN VALLEY RIVER BRIDGE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! FROM THE HUNTS GAP DUMP STATION IN HAWKINS COUNTY TN !!!! WAY DO THEY NOT STOP SENDING THEM OVER THE BRIDGE ????????????? I GUESS IN MY OPINION THEY JUST HATE THE PEOPLE THAT LIVE IN GOSHEN VALLEY TN !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Mgmt is a joke, Company to sneaky with policies until corporate comes around. Trucks are absolute junk, are a Safety Hazard to motorists and Company Drivers!!!
