Website states they are open till 4, I even called asking what forms of payment they took earlier in the day and they never mentioned anything different. Drove 40 minutes to get here and then told us they closed to the public at 3. Bad customer service.
Best experience ever. I enjoy the ride up the mountain. The views from the top of the mountain of the county are pristine. If I forget my high viz vest they always have a loaner for me. Maybe one day I can do some fishing in the broadhurst lake. Thankful for a community that supports nature and community development.
Living in Florida, I was always amazed at the amount of trash on the road side, visiting family in Jesup. I was just quoted a price of $54 and some change for half a pickup with yard trash. That's not including $10 no tarp fee, my bad. Oh yeah, if this seems reasonable to you, don't forget your hardhat and safety vest or the trash won't be the only thing left in your hand.
