Well, this is what passes for "the dump" in Long Beach. It's kind of a huge temporary dumping area with scales to weigh in and out. They take credit cards; but you have to be present to pay. Don't send someone else with your material to dump and expect to pay by phone when they are done.
A scam, their prices are different of what they charge.
