They gave us a price breakdown of the charges before we got a drop dumpster. When we got the bill there was an extra fuel surcharge/environmental fee that they "failed" to mention. This fee was over 35% more than the fees that we were told ($740 more!) I called them and they said, "we can't waive this fee". Beware! They are not upfront and honest. We will not use again.
