i have waited since Oct 15th to have my Garbage bin replaced as it has a big crack in the side of it and it has yet to be replaced. the city of auburn has tried to help me get this taken care of as well and it STILL has not been swapped out.
Joke!! They broke the wheels off out cart and said they would bring a new one after calling them,they never did called the next week said they will get me a new one after 2 more no shows after 5 weeks still no can!!! Of course the city of Angola_IN has the bill of trash in with the water sewage bill with this no good company,wish WE THE PEOPLE COULD CHOOSE OUR OWN TRASH COMPANY! Our trash can still sits at the end of our drive laying on its side with the wheels broken off next to it.
Terrible company!!!
