I’ve had this company for 2 weeks and they’ve missed getting my trash both weeks. I’ve had to call for them to pick up my trash. I will be canceling the service and going with another provider. Please read the reviews before signing up with Republic Service. Customer service has been very pleasant.
Worst customer rep experience. Also asked for a supervisor/ corporate number and Ronda stated that that wasn’t a thing …. Hard to believe. Ask she unprofessionally smacked on her food during our whole conversation. Chelsea was also very rude when I tried to speak of the issues I was having. Wasted 30mins on the phone for no resolution. Will be changing services. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone don’t waste your time.
Worst customer service, sales rep never change plan and keep over charge and never fixed billing issue
I had them as my waste disposal service but switched to a more reliable one. They missed my pick up and my parents more than 20x in the last 4 years. That's only the trash not including recycling. They were much better back before they were Republic. Robertson Sanitation. I'd give it zero stars if possible. Couldn't switch from them fast enough. Then they had the audacity to make me pay for them coming to pick up the trash containers. Good luck with that. You're either going to come pick them up for free or I'm keeping them.... read more
Thankful I don’t have service with this company. One of their trash cans got mistakenly dropped off at my house and as a courtesy I called them just to let them know and have someone come pick it up. Spoke to 3 DIFFERENT people and 41 minutes on the phone all to tell them to pic their crap up that someone dropped off. If it takes that long just to tell someone they accidentally dropped it off, who knows how long it will take them to pick the thing up!!!!!!
