Thankful I don’t have service with this company. One of their trash cans got mistakenly dropped off at my house and as a courtesy I called them just to let them know and have someone come pick it up. Spoke to 3 DIFFERENT people and 41 minutes on the phone all to tell them to pic their crap up that someone dropped off. If it takes that long just to tell someone they accidentally dropped it off, who knows how long it will take them to pick the thing up!!!!!! Listen to the reviews and stay away from this company. They will miss your scheduled pick up and then give you a fine because the lid does not close all the way. But how is the lid supposed to close all the way when I have so much cardboard accumulating because they missed their pick up, no fault of my own. Customer service reps are nice but pretty much don’t do anything to actually help. I'm not usually the type that leaves reviews but my experience with Republic was very frustrating and it cost me a lot of money. I rented a 30 ft dumpster when I moved into my new home. I needed to clear some things out and my neighborhood uses Republic for our neighborhood trash pickup so I figured I would just go with them for this dumpster.
