I have used their drop box services extensively and have never ever had a good experience. The foreign call centers can't help with anything, they need your DOB, social, phone number, address, account number, and the blood of your first born to be able to view your account and then they can't do anything for you and have to forward the call to a different department to do it all again. It's like they are a government agency. Providing a service at a MASSIVE price tag while delivering the lowest value/service possible.

The absolute worst garbage provider we have had the displeasure of working with. Terrible customer service. Terrible communication. Terrible performance.

We moved and were told our new pickup day was going to be Friday. They said any bags we had that we wanted to be picked up could be sat out where they were going to drop off the new bins. Basically an exchange so we don’t have to wait another week. So this morning (Thursday) I wake up to bins. I have tried to get Republic Services to pick up our trash and/or recycling for weeks. They continue to cancel the missed pick up reports. I have made reports on the website. I have spoken to multiple representatives, i have even visited the offices. The drivers continue to ignore us despite the location of the bins has been agreed upon. Yesterday i was promised a phone call and possible visit from supervisor. I waited at home ALL day. I was not contacted and the bins were not emptied. Absolutely frustrated beyond belief.
