The garbage can got blown over by the wind. The bags were still in can but the can was tipped over. The driver drove right by and didn’t pick up. When confronted the driver when went back by why he didn’t pick it up he said he didn’t see it. It’s in the same spot every week he just didn’t want to get out of truck to pick it up. We pay extra money since we live so far out but the service is awful. Would give a 0 star if I could. They are just plain lazy and don’t want to get out of truck.

They didn't pick up garbage on our whole street. Called and they said they wouldn't give a credit on next bill. These guys have a monopoly, so there aren't any real alternatives besides their business, and they know it. That's why the high prices and crappy service.

Moved into a new house, got the garbage switched into our name. since the cans were already at the house, they were going to take the cans off the pick up list and not charge us a drop off fee since the cans are already there. The very next day, our cans were picked up. We called, and now they are going to charge us $10 fee per can for drop off. They refused to take the fee off, even though it was their mess up. came to write a scathing review of how horrible the service is and all i see is negative reviews. inadequate service and missed pickups seems to be norm. They broke my fence picking up one of the containers which have been staged in the same space for years. Contacted them to advise and a gentleman came out to look at it, I told him that I was not as concerned about the value as finding out why no one let us know that they did it and was told someone would get back to me.
