We moved and were told our new pickup day was going to be Friday. They said any bags we had that we wanted to be picked up could be sat out where they were going to drop off the new bins. Basically an exchange so we don’t have to wait another week. So this morning (Thursday) I wake up to bins. I have tried to get Republic Services to pick up our trash and/or recycling for weeks. They continue to cancel the missed pick up reports. I have made reports on the website. I have spoken to multiple representatives, i have even visited the offices. The drivers continue to ignore us despite the location of the bins has been agreed upon. Yesterday i was promised a phone call and possible visit from supervisor. I waited at home ALL day. I was not contacted and the bins were not emptied. Absolutely frustrated beyond belief. They keep charging me even though I have stopped my service, and there is no way to email or create a support ticket through the website—only to call them on the phone, which they never answer. They are scammers.

The garbage can got blown over by the wind. The bags were still in can but the can was tipped over. The driver drove right by and didn’t pick up. When confronted the driver when went back by why he didn’t pick it up he said he didn’t see it. It’s in the same spot every week he just didn’t want to get out of truck to pick it up. We pay extra money since we live so far out but the service is awful. Would give a 0 star if I could. They are just plain lazy and don’t want to get out of truck.
