As local business owners, I am very hesitant to make quick judgement on a company and have actually never left a negative review. After dealing with the Rockville Republic location three times, it is the absolute worst run facility we have ever encountered. The staff looks for reasons, in direct contrast to the guidelines indicated on the website, to not allow you to dump. Absolutely Horrible Service, Zero Stars if I Could this place (Republic Services 623) is a complete nightmare. We were told we needed a vest and a hard hat, so we got them since we didnt know there was one in our truck made a U turn right there . Not even three minutes later, the same lady who gave those instructions flat-out refused to let us in. She was beyond disrespectful, rude, and clearly had no interest in helping at all.
