I have lived in Roseland for 40+ years and frequent the Roseland convenience center in a regular basis. For the last 4 weeks or so, a young man, Kerby, has continually helped me unload my trash and my yard debris. Always polite and always willing to help. Before he came to this location, the two to three gentlemen that are usually there, sit in their chairs behind the fan and watch you!! I have 30 palm trees in my yard,so I'm not talking a few limbs. My truck is loaded down and he unloads it with a smile. Kudis to him!!!

Want Trash all over your front yard ? Have your local government sign a 10 year deal with Republic Services. You’ll have trash all over the place, and a truck full of pissed off drivers, who forget they are here to keep Sanitation In order. Do your job, get paid. Treat your job like “Trash “ Once this deal is up I’m sure your company will be gone.

I was wondering if you could alert my driver that the garbage is supposed to go in the big truck you all drive and not my yard? He's been doing this since 2020.

Put in a request to have my old Waste Management bins replaced, since they're 20 years old, and falling apart. 10 weeks later, no new bins. The ladies answering the phone are doing their jobs, because they see my requests, but operations isn't doing THEIR jobs. I knew this company would have issues when they first took over for Waste Management. Their trucks were leased, and all white. Someone's cousin got a sweet deal in the area I live in, I guess.
