It's been over 2 months since they've picked up recycling and it was over one month for regular trash. It's ridiculous how long they are taking to catch up.

Was supposed to have a dumpster rental on delivered on Friday. (The rental was Prepaid) Have weekend construction work going on. (Reason foe rental) Got home from work on Friday and no dumpster. Couldnt reach Customer service and then got message that closed until Monday. Went on website to check my status and the website is down. Never again. Should have checked reviews prior to selecting them.

Very rude employees, loud on site service at 4 AM. Building services placed a complaint, it stopped for 4 months.

This company continued to raise our church's rates without communication and charged us a huge fee to stop service. They are fleecing small businesses and organizations and I do not recommend them at all.

I feel like I am being robbed. Nowhere else do you pay money to have something done, and literally have to chase down the company to get what you paid for. I called to have a bulk item pick up. I have 4 items, and needed to pay upfront, but also one item per day. I scheduled 4 pickups over 4 weeks and paid $140 up front. I am also told to leave my items across the street, the same way my trash is picked up, so i do so. Friday comes and goes with no pickup.
