As coast continue to rise I reached out to Republic Services about my situation and the Rep not only helped me but helped to easy my mind about future services.
I tried calling Republic to get a price for service at the large condominium building I work for, after sitting on hold for 15 minutes I hung up. If they won’t answer the phone for potential new customers, it’s easy to see how they’ll treat you once you’re a customer.
CHECK YOUR BILLING!!! So disappointing. Perhaps they are just looking for more ways to increase revenue, but maybe they should look into improving their customer service, rather than adding an extra $163.50, plus taxes to our monthly bill for bogus charges. Don't even try to contact customer service. I was told they don't have a local Pensacola customer service. It is forwarded to a 1-800 number, and not local. Can I speak to my service rep/sales agent?
