I was calling the company to see why my trash didn’t get picked up on trash day. But my recycling did so calling them I called 2x and I was waiting for them to pick up…which they did but all I could hear is 2 people talking on the other line, I tried to speak in the phone and i got nothing I tried calling again and same thing they picked up after 7 minutes of wait time then same thing they picked up call and I tried to speak to them again and nothing then they put music on once I told them they sick at their job.
Absolutely horrible accounting methods, they claim cleared checks never arrived, you cannot get a human or manager, and they make it impossible for businesses do conduct efficient and smooth billing transactions with them. They need professional assistance.
Terrible company!! Constant calls to have them pick up trash every week. Can't seem to get them to cancel service. Do not recommend!
