Awful customer service. Totally unresponsive
Absolute worst company I have ever dealt with. Worst service worst customer service all around city of Kent should not be contracted with them since they are so awful.
Pickup was supposed to be yesterday and it didn't happen. I have 4 weeks of recycle on the curb.
Republic Waste needs to do better. Period. We’ve had issue-after-issue with them—from failing to pick up our compost for several months (to the point we cancelled), to leaving excess waste in our bins following our weekly service—and more recently—the strike. How does Republic not have a contingency plan or subcontractor during events like these? Our trash, along with everyone else’s, putrified for nearly a month.
