They make up charges on my bill! Do not use autopay because you need to review every bill they send you to ensure accuracy. They lie all the time.
If I could give 0 stars that would be preferable. This company is a joke. We were told by a supervisor we would get a credit on our bill due to the strike and not picking up trash in July 25. There's still no credit and my bill went up more. How does that work? You lie to your customers? How can you bill me for a service YOU DIDNT DO!!!
