This will be the 3rd time that this garbage crew has run into one of our buildings. They need to be more mindful of when they pick up their bins.
Worse than the IRS. You have to be on hold for half an hour before you can opt for the call back option. Then if you miss that call...you have to start all over again...but who cares bout people when you have a monopoly. They truly suck at everything...
Do not be lured by their pricing, you will get less than you paid for. I am a property manager in Renton and we have had many problems with Republic "Services", especially since their last strike. Before then, we had a rep we could call directly and he was very responsive and took care of us quickly. That is no longer the case. Since then, service is worse than ever. The incompetence of this company typical of a contracted service provider to a municipality. They tore a hole in our yard waste container on pickup. We scheduled for a replacement which delivered in a timely manner. The old can sat for 3 weeks curbside until I called and waited on hold for 45 minutes to alert them to pick the can up. Exactly 1 month later the can was picked up, along with my garbage can, which was not damaged. The replacement can cannot be delivered for another week.
