The incompetence of this company typical of a contracted service provider to a municipality. They tore a hole in our yard waste container on pickup. We scheduled for a replacement which delivered in a timely manner. The old can sat for 3 weeks curbside until I called and waited on hold for 45 minutes to alert them to pick the can up. City of Covington, WA requires recycling. Republic Services has used this as a billing ploy. They kept sending a bill, didnt have containers, didn't provide a service, just a bill. We moved away from Covington and still keep getting a bill. Im so over it. wheres the accountability?? Billing for services not rendered is FRAUD

Terrible billing service. I had to call them 4 times to explain their bill, because I could clearly see they were charging me twice, but no one working there was bright enough to figure out why. And even then, they didn't even give me a refund for my extra payment, but gave me a credit to their account! It's my money and I want it back!! And they are so expensive for no reason!!!! Why aren't there more than one trash service I can choose from?? Such a fraud service
