Absolutely a trash company by definition. If your garbage lid is open 2 inches they hit you with a 10 dollar fee.
If I could do a negative 5-star review for this company, I would absolutely do that. The company charges me for the time that they do not have containers delivered. They are picking up containers by accident and they are charging me for the services when containers are not at my house. I will look for ways to file a complaint anywhere I can and I hope a lot of people will read this review.
Your prices continue to go up but your service gets worse and worse.
Completely incompetent. Zero communication with customers. Unable to simply just remove old garbage bins. I keep rolling the bins to the curb when the removal is scheduled. The removal keeps getting canceled and they never tell me (sometimes they even reschedule them without telling me, so of course my bins aren't there when they randomly decide to pick them up). I have had to call them numerous times. Customer service seems helpless to actually do anything to resolve the situation.
So we have to carry our own garbage in our cars to god knows where, who has time for that? that's why we pay you to take care of. I wish there is a Zero stars to give here!
