Terrible billing service. I had to call them 4 times to explain their bill, because I could clearly see they were charging me twice, but no one working there was bright enough to figure out why. And even then, they didn't even give me a refund for my extra payment, but gave me a credit to their account! It's my money and I want it back!! And they are so expensive for no reason!!!! Why aren't there more than one trash service I can choose from?? Such a fraud service
I had a can load of yard debris. Alot of it was nearly 6 ft long branches from large bush I was trimming. A truck operator named Charles in formed me that the cuttings were too long. I told I was sorry to leave it I'll cut it down size & put it out 2 weeks. He went above & beyond took it anyway plus what I had laying on the ground to go out in 2 weeks . Very much appreciated what he did for. Thankyou
Whoever Kim is, accused me of confiscating their extra yard waste when I purchased an additional yard container. When I told her it was from 15 years ago, she said they don’t have record. And just took the container. Kim was rude and unprofessional getting me to retaliate by yelling back. I simply requested them to drop my container back off, and she was telling me it will be a monthly fee involved. These guys are crooks and trying to steal every penny of yours!
