I have had this service in other areas. This location is the worst I have had. First they have missed our recycling about 6 times. Secondd went online to request to have the recycling picked up the website reported we did not put it out. Third I went and pick up an additional can and was charge for delivery. The call center is located in Arizona. This location has no idea how poor they are.
Instead of the "owner" requesting all the customers email their problems. Maybe the owner needs to take accountability that this is a trash dump of employees. They are the ones that are ruining this company. Call center (beside one lady, bless her. Rest of em are rude and disrespectful). Lack of quality care. Glad the employees are there for a paycheck and thats it.
This 5-Star review is stricly for Ashlea Watkins, who is in the Jenison, MI location. I am a property manager of multiple commercial properties and Condo Associations, and she has been beyond impressive. I understand why there seems to be so many not so positive reviews, as I have struggled with Republic on multiple occassions as well, but Ashlea is the exact opposite. She is extremely responsive. I only had recycling services with this company, garbage service was provided by my condo association. At least 3 times I had the company dump my recycling (that I paid extra for) in with the trash. The worst issue with this company has been trying to cancel the service with them. My account was due to renew on January 9th. I contacted them on January 2 and requested a cancel. Switching services on Monday. They have left an item in my trash can for THREE MONTHS. When I called two different people tried to blame it on me. I was then told they would come pick it up, which they didn't. I called before they closed on the day they said they'd pick it up and they assured me, YES I was on the schedule. Guess what's still in my trash can this morning? THE SAME DANG ITEM THAT'S BEEN THERE FOR THREE MONTHS. I'm through.
