They have repeatedly missed picking up my garbage and proceeded to tell me my garbage can was not out when it was out. Then the operations department called and lied to me saying my can was not out Friday, when in fact it was. I had to call three separate times just to get my can picked up 4 days later. They also have repeatedly left garbage in the road when picking it up. Wouldn't recommend using them at all, they are terrible.

Don't use this garbage service if you can avoid it. They will quote you a price and then the price constantly creeps up over the years. They will lower it if you call, but why should you have to play this stupid game. They also constant add fuel recovery fees and don't quote those at all if you call them. When you do call, expect at least 30 minutes on hold and to be transferred several times.

DONT FALL FOR IT! They increased my price every quarter. To cancel our service, I waited on hold and was passed around to multiple people for two hours, then was told they could decrease my price from $212/quarter, down to $95/quarter. I said nope, then 10 minutes later "While processing my cancellation" she came back and said now they can get it down to $75/quarter. I am a 36 year customer. Yes, 36 years. Republic Waste has been increasing and increasing and increasing fees to the point like my neighbors I found a different service that is $218.00 less a year. I called to cancel service and all of a sudden they want to come in at a different price. I told them "no", because I had already set up the new service and after 36 years they were still going to charge me $54 for picking up the cart. 1 star — If I could give zero, I would. My experience with Republic Services was completely unacceptable, driven by an extremely unprofessional and aggressive salesperson. The interaction felt more like intimidation than customer service, which is shocking for a company of this size. No one should feel pressured or uncomfortable just trying to get information or do business.
