1 star — If I could give zero, I would. My experience with Republic Services was completely unacceptable, driven by an extremely unprofessional and aggressive salesperson. The interaction felt more like intimidation than customer service, which is shocking for a company of this size. No one should feel pressured or uncomfortable just trying to get information or do business. Unethical sales person, Jeremy. Rude and lied about pricing and service availability
beware of fraudulent charges! we have been charged overages when republic changed our service dates unbeknown to us, after getting that sorted out, we are now being charged overages on 2 dumpsters even though there were no overages(we have video) been trying for 2+ weeks to work with our account manager..nothing.....look at another company because Republic is shady!
Fees are astronomical. I recommend Arrow Waste a thousand times over Republic Services. Republic Services is ridiculously expensive and long wait times on the phone. It also took several transfers on the phone to several different people and I had to call several times to resolve the same issue. They prorated our bill to one month and we are still paying double for one month at Republic Services then what we pay for 3 months with Arrow Waste. I have been a customer for 6 years with this company, and I am beyond frustrated. Every time I need to call them I get put on hold for at least 2-3 hours before I can even get connected with to a representative. After canceling my service with them, I was told I needed to wait until the end of January before they would officially retrieve my trash can, they also told me that I would receive a refund for the payment of the month of February within a few days.
