Do yourself a favor and look for another company. This company is ripping people off. I have been customer since 2021 and every year my bill increased so much. This year they tried to bill me $388 annually with trash service only. I called every year to get my price adjusted after calling to cancel it. If 0 stars were a thing I would have selected that. Called because they took my trash can, not only left boxes that were on the can but took the time to move them in to the spot where my trash can was prior to them taking it .The second time I called they said my account was inactive, I was on hold for 45min and then offered a call back it’s a day and a half later no one returned my call after that. I mean, I guess they picked up the trash on the right day. That's about the only good thing I can say. Chose them because they made it seem like they were the only option for me in my neighborhood after moving. Few months later realized I could get Arrow at $70 less a billing cycle. To top it off the flat out double charged me one billing period, 5months ago. Still haven't seen that refund. Avoid Republic Services at all costs. This company has become a textbook example of poor customer service and predatory billing practices. Prices have skyrocketed—now more than double the cost of other trash providers in the Hudsonville/Jenison area—so they’re no longer the “cheap” option they once were.
