The reviews don't lie about this place. We've been requesting a garbage can for 4 and 1/2 months. The lid was coming off and rats ate through the bottom. we had to contact them several times and they kept promising other dates and not happen.
The worst service…..Pick up is hit or miss. Sometimes it’s once a week, sometimes it’s twice a month. Always billed for full service and never given a reduction for missed pick ups when reported. I have requested a new can several times now with no results. Very frustrating pushing a one wheeled container that they broke.

Doesn’t pickup as scheduled or charged for.
Missed pick up two weeks ago, filled out the form on republic services website, and called, left messages, waited on hold. But can't speak to a single person! Abysmal customer service, and no communication! I'm pretty sure if you're going to offer a service but fail to perform it, I shouldn't be billed, or maybe I should be paying a different company instead! Happens none stop with these missed pickups!
