I have never in my entire life experienced a more in-ept unaccountable and and just grossly pathetic service such as Republic. I have had issues with utility services before and they usually are resolved. I have never had a circumstance where I have to live in fear of contacting my utility service because they are going to inevitably make a mistake at the most fundamental basic level. Worst trash service in the world . the workers try to fight women who act simple questions regarding their services. I wouldn’t recommend this trash service to anyone . However their customer service team over the phone , is excellent, but the actual trash men I have experienced have been very sassy and aggressive. I don’t pay almost $70 a month to be treated like a bum. I wish I could go back to waste management however my neighborhood funds( contract ) with this trash company. If I could give a negative number, I would. Service is horrible, overpriced, and customer service is as bad as their pickup service. When I called to report a missed pickup for trash and recycling on a Friday, I was told that not only was I scheduled for a pickup for Monday, but the truck was on it's way, and would be there in under 2 hours.
