This place is terrible,send email for me pay the bill,then nobody answers phone so I can pay it. Then they charge u 35 bucks to suspend my service. They did it 3 times. Everything I got an email about paying my bill I called.they simply flat out didn't answer phone.pooor customer service then wanna charge me 35 bucks 3 times. BULL CRAP YOU DONT ANSWER THE PHONE. WE NEED THIS COMPANY OUT OF OUR NEIGHBORHOOD.
Extremely poor service! Edited: I’ve already spoke with Rhonda from customer care. I’ve given you guys more than an opportunity to help me. You guys keep pushing the service off. We need waste management back they were cheaper and had better service
If I can give them absolutely no stars I would I am pushing for this company to get removed out of our neighborhood. I’ve had to call the this company six times regarding their yard waste because I complained about the service that I received their employee throws the yard waste over my property like he’s being recorded. I want waste management back. They did a better service for our area.
