If you have to use Republic in Louisville, KY I'm sorry, if you don't have to...Don't! They are terrible and not helpful. Horrible policies and horrible customer service.

Can't get in touch with the Galena personnel or the driver with our problems so that we can resolve the issues. The driver said it is not a safe pick up area. We have 23 acres and plenty of room to turn around so that the driver does not have to back in the road. We will put the dumpster anywhere the driver wants but they will not contact us back or call us back to try to resolve the issue. This is a new contract and have not made it a month. Destroyed my paver driveway and refused to repair or even pay for small replacement. After one successful box drop and removal the second removal the driver openly admitted his mistake and Andrew (owner) refused to take responsibility. Call anyone else. Very unprofessional. Save yourself a horrible experience.

2 weeks worth of missed pick-ups for trash. Calls to get a recovery pick up meant being on hold for 5-10 minutes per call. The result of these calls were promises that were not kept. 3 weeks later and the pile of bags infront of my house continues to grow. I think their customer service tries, but their operations people are unreliable.

I have had service with them since September 2019 and have had numerous missed pick ups. This week I had to call in yet another, and asked the rep how many times the notes stated I had called in regarding being missed - it was 9. And that's only reflective of the times I called in. There were also times I didn't get around to calling before the next pick up day since they pick up twice a week. Would have stayed at 5 star, but we are losing time. Was open until 6:00 on weekdays and till 4:00 on Saturdys. Burke Country is greedy. It's not like their employers are making 100,000+ at these refuge sites.

Cancelled service in October. Still getting billed. Now getting late bills for service. Im At the end of my rope here. I cannot talk to the same people and it’s been just awful. Aside from talking to a lawyer, I don’t know what to do. I’m now assured again that I owe no money, so hopefully this is the end of it. Thank you.

because one star is the lowest i can go. began their services four years ago - the price was right, but you get what you pay for. skipped days, lying promises of coming back or just putting the garbage in the recycle truck and vice versa. FINALLY CANCELLED in July of 2019 AFTER MAKING THE QUARTERLY PAYMENT AND HAVING NO SERVICE FOR TWO WEEKS.
