They pick up the trash every week they do a fine job every once in awhile there’s a problem but over all they do a great job
I had a bulk pickup scheduled, but nobody showed up. I just called Republic, and was told, that they don't pickup freezers no more for free, but their website says otherwise. Very disappointed!
In over 15 years I’ve never had any issues.
The pick up service is great if you dont mind the prices going up every bill.
I have tried for 3days to call Republic to change my billing as my husband passed away and trying to change so automatically payment comes out of my account. I finally got a human only to be transferred and put on HOLD again!!!! I’m not happy with the service by this company. I wish I had another trash collection company to change to. So far waiting 30 min to talk to another department. Poor customer service. I would give this company a minus 5 if could.
