just got my service set up here and staff has been so friendly! Had a roll off ordered and the sales lady and gentleman who dropped off the dumpster were so kind! :)
Be very prepared to wait on hold when you call, customer service this is not.

I called the month of may. Since then I been having a really bad service. Supposedly I had to receive both trash and recycle cart three days after my call. I received the confirmation for may 22,2024. I payed full service and I only got the trash cart on July 15, the excuse they gave me was “ we can’t find your home”. Such a really bad excuse, I got my trash picked up one time.
