Please do not use this company. They are extremely unreliable. Would miss my trash pick up consistently, when I called them to report it they assured me it would be taken care of, after over a dozen calls and empty promise after empty promise, the trash wasn't picked up for 3 weeks. Please do not use this company.

My trash has been missed for almost a month now. Not a big deal I only make a bag a week, but it is annoying paying for a service thats not being fulfilled. This instance is not the only time. Called customer service to be told a driver called in sick last pick up. Guess he called off sick the other 3 too.

Terrible service. Half the time they don’t pick up the garbage when they are supposed to. I’ve called to tell them and they say it’s because of bad weather even if it’s sunny and sixty degrees outside. Most recently I called and scheduled a bulk item pickup and they told me I could have it picked up the following day which I agreed to. This was the same day as regular garbage pickup.
