Absolutely the worst waste management company you can use. Drivers are nothing but a bunch of airheads in the most respectful way possible! I’d love to be able to get in contact with some type of owner or a high-up in the company to discuss their issues( because theirs more than 1) for example, Today I had a driver destroy the back of my car. Missed bags, or late pickup is normal, but this is unacceptable.
Worst service in the tristate area. Only thing consistent is their missed pickups. It’s getting old.
Republic’s crews have been refusing to empty out trash can. We are an older couple and typically produce approximately 3/4 of a can of trash. Our trash is always in tied bags that aren’t torn or ripped. Additionally, we try to make it a little easier on the crews by placing our cans across from our neighbor’s cans. However over the past 8 weeks, your crews have regularly left one or two bags of trash in the bottom of our can. Worst company I’ve ever dealt with. I’m so angry at this company. They haven’t picked trash up in over a month but still with expect you to pay a bill for services not received!
