My trash has been missed for almost a month now. Not a big deal I only make a bag a week, but it is annoying paying for a service thats not being fulfilled. This instance is not the only time. Called customer service to be told a driver called in sick last pick up. Guess he called off sick the other 3 too.

Terrible service. Half the time they don’t pick up the garbage when they are supposed to. I’ve called to tell them and they say it’s because of bad weather even if it’s sunny and sixty degrees outside. Most recently I called and scheduled a bulk item pickup and they told me I could have it picked up the following day which I agreed to. This was the same day as regular garbage pickup. Worst service I had ever had. They come when they want to come. I’ve had to call the national number several times and complain already. This year, we haven’t had trash pickup once in 2026. I assume holidays got them behind, then two weeks of snow (which I understand), and now I have 6 weeks of trash that I took out this morning only to have to bring it back in this evening. Unfortunately, they have a monopoly in this area.
