This is... hands down... the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. From unapproved rate hikes, to getting a hold of ANYONE that can make a decision.... its just complete nonsense. Every. Single. Call.... ends with "I have no control over your account, but, I'll have your account manager get a hold of you..." CRICKETS. Two months after cancelation and they're still picking up a dumpster with NOTHING in it. Make that make sense! Steer WAY clear of these people. They are absolutely terrible to deal with. The WORST customer service EVER!!! I would never do business with this company!!! If you ever have a problem, they tell you someone will call within 48 hours and they NEVER do!! Have been waiting since September for a call back.... STILL WAITING!!! If your unhappy, they won't even give your your sales rep's #.... Hold your breathe and hope you get a call...
I would give zero stars if I could. We had service through Republic for years at my place of business. After Republic refused to remove a charge for inability to pick up a dumpster, which was NOT blocked, as the driver said it was, we ended service with Republic and went elsewhere. Not only did Republic pick up the dumpster from our shop, which we paid for as our final bill, we continued to receive monthly bills for a rental that we no longer had.
