Service is terrible and inconsistent. Called to schedule a bulk pickup according to their instructions and was just given the runaround. Each of the 3 times I called I was told they were coming but they never showed up.

So a week ago, we had a really bad snowstorm.We put our garbage in the alley and because\n Of the snowstorm, we have nowhere to put these giant cans on top of these high berms because they plowed the snow so badly. So we had to use the old method of putting bags on the ground while they came by yesterday, and people who could put their cans out got their garbage removed. We put our garbage bags on the berms that we couldn't put the cans and they left them there, so they're going to get one star and I'll be calling the mayor ... read more

My town switched to this company less than a month ago and it has been nothing but issues. They missed my recycling a week and a half ago and despite more than 7 phone calls and missed pick ups they have yet to come get my recycling. Would not recommend this company to anyone.

I just wanted to give a HUGE APPRECIATION to the men who come through Northampton. I live on Washington Ave and my guys NEVER EVER EVER fail me! Whoever these guys are that does MY route I just want to say THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH! AGAIN I wasn't sure when to put my garbage out because of Christmas and AGAIN the guys come up onto my walkway and grab ALL my garbage. THANK YOU GUYS! I TRUELY DO APPRECIATE YOU‼️
