The worst company to deal with on the planet in my opinion. Don't ever contract with them. You'll never get out of it without hiring an attorney. They operate like mobsters.

Republic bought Santek and everything went downhill. Residential Service. 2 weeks in May, 1 week in June and 1 week in September were completely missed (no credit received). Since May no service has been picked up on time on the scheduled service day. This is happening all around Blount County, TN. I see their trash cans out by the road overflowing, weeks at a time. For over 2 weeks we have been trying to figure out what a charge of $184 for fuel/environmental recovery fee is (which was not mentioned when signing up for service) and the phone line has become automated so there is no calling to speak with someone. The only option is for email and that is going no where. We were charged for trash pick before we ever received the dumpster; which was only partially credited after contacting them. Just watched the driver tip over a dumpster, spill all the trash, then make out off the property like a bandit... I'm just a resident of the apartment complex but that's just ignorant.
