We've been using Republic Services for several years. Their customer service is terrible, and they've missed our dumpsters a few times, but we were still charged for the full-service fees. This is definitely not a good company to use.
I have 6 yard dumpster and is monthly service but the driver didn’t pickup garbage and sent text to me said solid waste had picked up that is lies and it is not first time skipping services remember back in 2023 the neighbor had same problem garbage not been picked up for months but you always received messages said your solid waste complete pick up.
The guy who handles our route (near American heritage school in American fork) is rude to everyone and acts like we work for him. I think he should have fewer conditions on which he will or won’t do his job and just empty the can.
When I contacted Mandi Thompson, she was very helpful and answered all of my questions. It was like she had been doing it her whole life! Within 1½ hours after I signed the contract online, she contacted me to let me know it would be delivered the next day!!! That never happens anywhere!! She was awesome in guiding through the process which she had perfected! She even made sure the driver would contact me for placement! It was a very fresh experience in every way!
