Worst Customer Service I have experienced. Moved into a new house and set up services with them. On our very first trash pick up they took all of our containers instead of just taking the trash. When I called to report it, I was blamed and told I must have overfilled them, which was not accurate. I was then later lied to and told that my can was on the way back that night and it never arrived. We had no trash cans during the week of a move in and had to transport our trash ourselves. By far the worst company in all of springs, just look at all the reviews and ratings. Missed my trash pick up 2 weeks in a row... called and scheduled a missed pickup and they missed that 1 too. Last pick up was May 20th, today is June 8th called again and there is no exact ETA... You're kidding me right? You really cant be this bad with customer service, or just service in general. Don't respond with a stupid generic response asking to reach out... WE DID, WE ALL DID....
Have had this service and they haven’t picked my trash up going on two weeks now. The price may be affordable but trust me ! Do not use this company. Update: you say reach out but I’ve reached out and spoke to management each time being assured my trash will be picked up the next day with no pick up. I would start with your management team in regards to what is going on.
You had one job. Collect waste. You collected our payment then didn’t come two weeks in a row. Called and scheduled missed pickups both weeks. No call no show. Escalated to management and they assured they would dispatch the local manager to remediate. No call no show again.
I reviewed this company last year, and I will again because it is another positive experience. I see many negative reviews for this company, so please, Republic, acknowledge your outstanding employees and do what you can to keep them. Once again, Nathan and Skylar go beyond what is expected of them. They greet this neighborhood every Wednesday with kindness and smiles. They helped me with my yard waste again.
