No wonder they have mostly 1 on this Review They suck always forgetting to pick up my damn trash.
If it was possible to give a zero star i would. We had great service before republic bought out the other trash companies. We tried to cancel our service & were informed we would have to pay them $900 to cancel our contract. Even though they missed 3 pick ups and raised their pricing twice. We have never had to sign contracts with the other companies. Do Not RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!
Good luck reaching them.... Keep completely incompetent customer service. Misses our pickups at least once a month and then dont pick up intil the next scheduled day when promised they'll be right out.
This is the second time now that our entire block of trash has been ignored and after we called after we didn't get pick up on Monday, a lady stated that they would come by Thursday and do a pickup. Unfortunately my entire neighborhood is still got up to 10 days worth of trash that has not been picked up, it smells awful and ever since Republic took over for waste management up here it's been terrible service.
