They missed a pickup, called the day of and they said they'd pickup the next day. They didn't, so I called again and they still didn't pick up. I called every day for a week, and they ended up just getting it during the next scheduled pickup. Don't waste your time relying on their services
Missed trash pickup and can’t teach anyone by phone. I am a new customer, but no for long.
3 weeks in a row of missed pick ups. I've called multiple times. Been told multiple times the trash will be picked up the following day. NOPE!!!! It's not just me, I see my neighbors bins still full. My street used to be lined with GFL/Republic Services bins. Now there is just mine and one other, I think I'm starting to see why. I think I'm about to follow my neighbors lead, because this is just ludicrous.
You folks have the worst service of any company that I have felt with to date. I have to call your office a couple of times a month for missed pickups. Very disappointed!
Bad Company! We do not recommend. On snowy days they simply don't show up, nor do they call or text to let you know if they will show up later in the week to pick up trash (they don't, so you end up with your trash cans sitting at the curb for a week.). We finally cancelled our service with a credit on our account. They never called or emailed or anything saying how or when they would refund the credit.
