Called Friday for Monday Pickup, confirmed me address *3 Times*, assured it would be picked up. Monday by 3pm it had not been picked up, called, reconfirmed my address and assured they'd be here by 6, that is a separate truck--confirmed my address again It didn't get picked up because they put in the wrong address--so their solution is too bad so sad we will get it next week. I must say that I have never pursued anything like this so consciously in my life. I guess it gave me purpose! Haaaa. I called 8 times to get the right trash can exchanged for the small broken one. Much of the difficulty had to do with the fact that I'm in a mobile home park. My space number never seemed to get where it needed to get. I called about it constantly and got the same polite consumer message "we will take care of it." Everyone was very nice but nothing got done. Until the last person. The truck drivers are really cool with the kids. The boys just love the trash trucks, and the drivers always wave, or honk - and sometimes they pass out stickers. My kid loves getting one of the stickers, he walks around with it saying "trash truck sticker" and waving it around. Thanks you guys. Note: The driver has to turn their head to see the bins and get the trucks lined up with the bins.. there ought to be a camera that shows them the bins so they aren't turned sideways like that.
It’s really unfriendly when they think you’re dumping illegally and yell at you while driving a bulldozer at your car to block you, demand to see your receipt and then go away and pretend that nothing happened. That guy put me off so much I left without weighing, keep the extra $50 from my deposit, lesson learned. Don’t ever go here.
