So stupid. Called and waited online for 25 min to order a bulk pickup..a recording said to do it online. I made an account and their bulk services portion doesnt work. I used their chat line. After 10 minutes, Jairo said to call and order over the phone. Incompetence at its finest
Horrible company Rainbow was better. My 40 inch TV has been on the curb for 3 weeks. They won't pick it up
They hire weak service people, spoke to mark and he was not able to help me.
They didn’t pick up a broken container on the scheduled day. No big deal, except they think it is. Just reschedule please. “No, I’ll give you a 72 hour window when we’ll come by”. I said no thanks. So they call me up and accuse me of lying about the pick up. They are actually calling me unsolicited and abusing me now. Who picks up a phone just to harass a paying customer? Gosh, if you would have asked me a week ago I’d say they are a 10 out of 10.
