I’m a contractor that uses their services frequently for 10 yard and 40 yard dumpsters. They use a call center in India or somewhere in that region, worst experience every single time trying to get dumpsters scheduled. This last time I waited for 30 minutes to be told they can’t schedule a pick up because something is wrong with their system and call back in a couple hours. I inquired about a bulk pickup online, then went ahead and called later to ask over the phone. The gentleman took my address and phone number and stated the bulk would be picked up the following Friday. Wednesday, I got a call regarding the online inquiry, so decided to double check and make sure my bulk pickup was scheduled. Turns out the gentleman got my name wrong, and my phone number wrong. On hold for too long of time. Spoke with a “call center” and tried to schedule a bulk pickup. RS missed that pickup and to reschedule it but is was another week out which was too late. Just love call center experiences….NOT!!!!
SOS...2 weeks no pickup!!!
This review is for Jessica. She helped schedule for bin replacements at my residence. She was super helpful and so nice. The call didn't take long at all but the wait time was pretty crazy, I know that there isn't any control over that with limited resources right now. Thank you Jessica!
