On hold for too long of time. Spoke with a “call center” and tried to schedule a bulk pickup. RS missed that pickup and to reschedule it but is was another week out which was too late. Just love call center experiences….NOT!!!!

This review is for Jessica. She helped schedule for bin replacements at my residence. She was super helpful and so nice. The call didn't take long at all but the wait time was pretty crazy, I know that there isn't any control over that with limited resources right now. Thank you Jessica!
Missed pickips are getting old
What in the Colin Karpernick is going on with our Trash ? If these Men wanted an entire week off they should have used their PTO. Our neighborhood trash hasn’t been emptied since the 4th of July. There are plenty more people that would love a job like that with all its benefits. So you still expect a payment for a job NOT done? They should all be Suspended if not fired. My husband’s 3 Crews could drive those trucks if you need new temporary employees. This is ridiculous! I need to be reimbursed for two weeks of your ungratef... read more
