Called Friday for Monday Pickup, confirmed me address *3 Times*, assured it would be picked up. Monday by 3pm it had not been picked up, called, reconfirmed my address and assured they'd be here by 6, that is a separate truck--confirmed my address again It didn't get picked up because they put in the wrong address--so their solution is too bad so sad we will get it next week. I did drag large items to the curb for it to sit there a week esp with street sweeping happening today. It needs to be resolved immediately. Also why i... read more

I must say that I have never pursued anything like this so consciously in my life. I guess it gave me purpose! Haaaa. I called 8 times to get the right trash can exchanged for the small broken one. Much of the difficulty had to do with the fact that I'm in a mobile home park. My space number never seemed to get where it needed to get. I called about it constantly and got the same polite consumer message "we will take care of it." Everyone was very nice but nothing got done. Until the last person.
