Our bill went from $75 up to $130. time to cancel the service!!!
Called twice. Never received my trash can. Been over two weeks since I started service. will call again tomorrow, if they can't have a can on the curb by tomorrow I will cancel my service and demand a refund this is ridiculous. Most incompetent trash provider in the area. You’re lucky if they even pick up your trash but you miss a payment by a day and they call you instantly. The customer representatives are also incompetent. Go with TrashTech before these clowns.
My trash pickup has been missed TWO weeks in a row. Today, I called at 338pm to explain that my trash wasn’t picked up yet, and was assured the driver wasn’t done their route yet, and it would be picked up. I asked if there was a way she could communicate with the driver to ensure that, and she advised it was “in the system” and it would be picked up. Here my can sits, completely full at 6pm. And they are “closed,” so I can’t talk to anyone. This is not acceptable.
