Absolute trash of a company. No pun intended. This will be the 3rd week without a pick up with rates recently increased. Unacceptable.
I have been trying to cancel services because of exorbitant rates. No one answers the phone. I request call backs that never occur. You can't cancel on-line. I just stopped my direct debit. The new billing period starts today so we'll see what happens.
this place is almost 15% more expensive than AJ Blosenski.
Our bill went from $75 up to $130. time to cancel the service!!!
Called twice. Never received my trash can. Been over two weeks since I started service. will call again tomorrow, if they can't have a can on the curb by tomorrow I will cancel my service and demand a refund this is ridiculous.
