What has happened to Republic services? Their service phone line has been shipped out to another country? The new reps on the phone are giving incorrect information. I've spoken to two and both have given incorrect info. I will be looking for another service. It's a shame because they used to provide good customer service.
Ordered weekly trash services online, Selected a delivery date for the trash bin. The was never delivered. I called, they said sorry and it they confirmed it will come the following Tuesday. Then Tuesday comes, no bin delivered. I called again, they said Wednesday for sure. Wednesday comes and goes, no bin. I called Thursday asked where the bin was? Have been very disappointed with republic services. My bill went from 92.00 to 264.00, because apparently my dumpster was to full. Definitely do not recommend this company. Had no idea that they charge extra for a extra full dimpster, our dumpster has been maxed out before and we were never charged extra. Also had issues in the past with them saying my dumpster is blocked and they couldn't empty it, when my dumpster clearly was not been blocked.
Company has switched to AI agents. Enough said. Can’t reach a real person to get someone out for a missed pick-up. Edit: Emailed the customer support email and still no pick-up. One-star still stands.
Awful trash company. We have never had so many missed pickups. We have been 2 weeks with no pick up and learned somehow they recorded us as picked up but the never came Horrible customer service. Lack of action. They don’t care if your trash gets picked up or not.
