If you can read the help wanted sing you are overqualified to pick up trash here. Been having issues with my trash getting picked up all year. Complaining to the office doses not seem to help but I keep doing it.

My garbage pick up was delayed because a construction truck blocking the can. I called when I got back into town a day later to see if I could have it picked up. A very nice lady named Carley called and said they would be there in fifteen minutes. Very good customer service. Thank you.

Everytime I call them they just act like they dont hear me, and use to talk to them all the time for work and now its just ridiculous.. now its been a month of not earing me on the phone. Everyone else can hear me when I call someone. Its been over a month now about the dam phone

Republic Services is the worse and if I'm allowed to rate to minus 27 stars I'm proudly provide that to them! Very very frustrating when you call about your schedule pick up about our recycle and give you the wrong information one person giving you this day and another person giving next week... and so and so on... I'm not going to write more about this company because I lost my patience already multiple times! Horrible service !!!

I have called four times to have a water heater picked up..... has been going on week number four rolling this monstrous thing out to my dumpster waiting for the truck... still sitting waiting for pickup!! they have a local number that connects to a long-distant person. Very frustrating!
