I have called four times to have a water heater picked up..... has been going on week number four rolling this monstrous thing out to my dumpster waiting for the truck... still sitting waiting for pickup!! they have a local number that connects to a long-distant person. Very frustrating!

I can't get in my drive way to get to my garage because this garbage man walks the can over to intentionally block my drive way. Every week I have to go thru this. After it snows I won't be able to move it. They did it again. Same thing

This company is the worst. After several years of pressuring me to sign a 3 year contract which would have made it difficult if not impossible for me to ever fire them, I finally just replaced them to get them to stop calling and emailing me all the time. Then they pretended to be surprised that I was changing providers even though they had promised several times over the past few years to leave me alone. If that wasn't bad enough, then they charged me about $280 to remove their 5 containers from my property. Since I had nev... read more

billed for a big fuel surcharge this month ( dont we all have to pay more for fuel?) and also was charged $30 extra to pick up two small bags of grass ...tried to call CS- no luck after 20 min. hold ! tried to use their chat line on their site...again no luck....wow...thinking of hauling my own if this doesnt get resolved !
