Way to many missed pickup days. Terrible customer services department. Would change if I could
Nothing but trouble for months. My paid-for account marked inactive because a third party was paying for the services at my address. 6 phone calls, no satisfaction. Service people always courteous. But no real help. The pick up crew finally dragged my bin across the street for no good reason. I dragged it back.
Do NOT do business with Republic Services. I reserved a dumpster, they ran my card on the phone, said they'd send me a contract, their person put .com.com in and I never got it. Hours later and multiple calls they took my money and couldn't figure out how to fix it. Escalated multiple times. Finally got it resolved. Dumpster came. but getting them to come pick it up took multiple calls and tremendous hassle. Finally, after multiple escalations, they picked it up. BUT they charged me double. This company is really like trash
Do not use this service. They will hide their pricing, tell you that your getting a discount and end up costing triple. With Drop off fees, pickup fees, and dump fee and end up with a $1600 bill.
