On Friday, July 8, 2016, as the waste pickup vehicle approached my home, my children were on the way to the curb with the waste can. They were in plain view of the driver. One of my children waved and waved at the driver. He actually made eye contact. Even at that, he continued past my home. On Friday, 7/15/16, the waste can was by the curb, and as to not overfill it, nor even close, my children decided to leave two full secure bags next to the can.
