No customer service, it took me 4-5 months to straighten out mistakes they had made on my bill (at which time our pick ups were continuously canceled because I was refusing to pay the charges that they eventually taken off of the bill), and I can not even switch service because we are trapped in a contract. Other trash services in the area cost the same amount and do not make you sign a contract! Worst trash service I have ever had! Not only are they lazy and don't even come on the day they are scheduled and no it's not a holiday no reason for them to miss my stop I pay the high bill I should get the service I have paid for! Future reference for anyone don't sighn up for this trash company they are the worst you will ever get the trash men are rude and just toss your trash can and you half to pay extra for them to come back and pick up what they were suppose to pickup I find this business ridiculous!!
