I would give them a zero if I could. Can't get through in the phone, they put you on hold until you finally get tired and hang up. I have it turned off in the fall and turned back on in the spring WHEN I call to have turned on. They start charging me before I want the service resumed. Terrible customer service.

Impossible to get these people on the phone OR on the little chat thing on their website. Raised my prices three times in just the couple years since they took over for Moring. I finally gave them the boot but now have to wait weeks before they pick up their can AND they want to charge me an extra $52 can pickup fee. I'd like to just go drop off the can myself, Forreston is only 20 minutes away, but damned if I can get ahold of them to arrange for me to do that! Terrible, terrible customer service.

I have called 4 times about the same issues. They have not picked up my yard waste for 4 weeks and Monday I called again Selena told me iit would be picked up by end of day Tuesday 7-15. WRONG!! It’s still on the curb. All neighbors were pickup he drove right by mine. I have asked if it’s marked appropriately. I was told to mark it with a large white X, which I have marked on every side of this can put it in front of my other trash cans, so you’d have to move it to empty those that he did, but he didn’t empty my yard waste a... read more

Terrible experience ever since they bought out moring. Finally switched companies and I'll never go back nor will I ever recommend them for anything. If I could give less then a 1 star I would.
