This is absolutely the worst company I've ever dealt with,especially management.They keep sending you bills when you fired them for mismanagement.They're relentless in sending you charges for services you've paid already.Im going to call BBB on them and register complaint.Also they're saying you're past due and threatened to send to collections.Very bad business .Will never use this company and will advise all people to look elsewhere for waste removal.I never had a good experience with their company
No problem with this service. The pick up man is super friendly.
No service reps available, no one picks up the phone, random dumpster appeared on my lawn, worst company management I've ever seen. Only option is to email them and get the most tepid of faceless apologies, pathetic.
I want to complain to the account manager Aragon Mario. He made me feel that customers are fools and he is very smart. The same service is 170 a month. I called him last month to tell him that I want to change the service from twice a week to once a week. He increased my bill to 220 a month and then sent me an email to tell me that the price will be 159 a month if I sign a contract to change the service once a week. Cancelled their service because of price increases and have spent the past month battling them on getting the correct bill amount as I cncelled half way though the bill period. Get told to wait till the next bill for it to be updated and was told to not pay that bill and the next will be updated with the correct totals, I asked them if that'll cause a late payment and was told it won't because they wait 60 days before it becomes late.
