So I've called three times in two months to complain about the back up alarm when my driveway is a circle. Turns out they are just on my road picking up trash at 615am and they have no need to backup at all. They are using the reverse for the lights. I have to listen to the alarm every Wednesday from 615 am to 915 am. I certainly wouldnt be surprised if someone were to start messing with the trucks. No one wants to be woken up by a reverse alarm.

I called about a month ago because the driver sits in reverse for about 10 minutes with the alarm going off while picking up trash even though the driveway is a circle and they dont need reverse at all. We'll, they stopped doing it in my driveway and started doing in in cleverly other driveway around me. Its 645. No one wants to hear a back up alarm for that long. Cmon guys. Its time to fire a driver

The service was good and out trash guy in Thompson Falls is really nice- we didn’t have a problem until we moved and needed to cancel. Spent hours on the phone on hold multiple days. Elected call back option multiple times. Never got called back. Can’t cancel online. Finally got a hold of someone and their policy states they bill you for a whole month if you’re trying to cancel early in the month because of their billing cycle. A bunch have dumped them because they are expensive. So now my rates shot up. Gonna have to look at other opions.
