The worst. They do the bare minimum, sometimes less. Their customer service rep online by the name of “Cesar J” is awful and totally uncaring. I asked about pick up of two small carpets, they offer bulk pick up so I figured this would not be a big deal. I would had been happy to pay extra. The very wonderful Cesar told me it couldn’t be done, it’s against my towns policy. Asked which policy this would be and instead of answering my question he ended the chat very rudely. I am so angry!! My bill has increased on almost every single quarterly bill to the point that garbage disposal is unaffordable! This last bill was almost $170.00!!!!!! Ive seen locals who called to cancel service and now they pay only $75 a quarter for one year. WHY AM I CHARGED $100 MORE THAN THOSE INDIVIDUALS every quarter ?!!!!!!

So I've called three times in two months to complain about the back up alarm when my driveway is a circle. Turns out they are just on my road picking up trash at 615am and they have no need to backup at all. They are using the reverse for the lights. I have to listen to the alarm every Wednesday from 615 am to 915 am. I certainly wouldnt be surprised if someone were to start messing with the trucks. No one wants to be woken up by a reverse alarm.

I called about a month ago because the driver sits in reverse for about 10 minutes with the alarm going off while picking up trash even though the driveway is a circle and they dont need reverse at all. We'll, they stopped doing it in my driveway and started doing in in cleverly other driveway around me. Its 645. No one wants to hear a back up alarm for that long. Cmon guys. Its time to fire a driver
