I have the every other week option. Trash was supposed to be picked up two weeks ago as well as today. Driver stated that they couldn't get to it because driveway is too slick, even though we have been driving on it just fine. They won't work with me on taking any off the bill or picking it up sooner. They want to charge extra to pick it up Tuesday without a guarantee that it will be picked up.

Every holiday they skip out on people (because no one has extra trash over the holidays.) Don't know how many times now they'll pick up all the trash on a street but always leave ours and a few others behind. Also no customer service at all.

Last month trash was not picked up for 2 weeks and was told cuz a car was parked too close. 2 car lengths away from the can in a parking spot? So I moved my car back and the can over. This week trash was again not picked up for whatever reason. This is ridiculous. Btw we live on a country road. No reason trash shouldn't be picked up. Do your job and provide the service you are charging an outrageous price for! They like to raise their prices a lot and tell you that’s their new fee. They have raised their prices almost every month. I would not recommend Republic service for your trash pick up, but when they keep buying the competition out, they can price gouge
